The NetTantra team delivers exceptional customer service – a recent miracle performed by NetTantra was an overnight turn-around (on their Saturday) to save a brand animation that was due to launch a new product for a high-level, US-based client on Sunday. This animation had been originally hand-coded in HTML and Javascript and then recreated in Flash, but was poorly done by another developer. NetTantra came to the rescue when in a moment of panic upon receipt of the bad version, I reached out via Skype to see if anyone was available on a weekend for an emergency. With kindness and expertise, they took on the task and were able to execute a perfect recreation of the original brand animation. The client was blown away with the end-product and NetTantra earned our trust forever.
